- Add 1 heaped teaspoon to 300mls of milk, this could be a half/half mix water/milk also. Any milk is fine, however traditionally made with cows milk. A pinch of cardamom powder is also a lovely edition.
- Simmer on low for 10 mins
- Serve with honey
Note only true cinnamon, cinnamon verum is used to ensure carminitive properties.
